Mark 10:14-16

Jesus saw this and was angry with the followers. He said, "Let the little children come to Me. Do not stop them. The holy nation of God is made up of ones like these. For sure, I tell you, whoever does not receive the holy nation of God as a little child does not go into it." He took the children in His arms. He put His hands on them and prayed that good would come to them.

Psalm 127:3-5

See, children are a gift from the Lord. The children born to us are our special pay. The children of a young man are like arrows in the hand of a soldier. Happy is the man who has many of them. They will not be put to shame when they speak in the gate with those who hate them. 

Ephesians 6:1-3

Children, as Christians, obey your parents. This is the right thing to do. Respect your father and mother. This is the first Law given that had a promise. The promise is this: If you respect your father and mother, you will live a long time and your life will be full of many good things. 

Psalm 107:41

But He lifts those in need out of their troubles. He makes their families grow like flocks. 

1 John 3:1

See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us His children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don't recognize that we are God's children because they don't know Him. 

Proverbs 22:6

Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.

Deuteronomy 11:18-19

"So commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these words of mine. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Teach them to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up."
